At this stage you have been ready with the designs and the fabric that you will be using for your wholesale clothing or retail fashion store in the United States or anywhere in the world you plan to sell. It is time to get to the technical and stitching part of your collection. You should be able to talk about how the construction of your new fashion clothing line.
Garment construction of your new Wholesale Clothing line
We will help you understand what would be the best way to stitch your garment. To do this we use several softwares that are 3D and 2D, like
1. Photoshop Illustrator (www.photoshop.com)
2. Photoshop CC (www.photoshop.com)
3. CLO and Optitex for 3D Cads
The first thing we help you with is to make the CADs of your new clothing line that will be given to our pattern makers on the basis of which your desired fabric will be cut and then sewn eventually. This way the first fit sample will be made using a similar fabric but it could be any print or color - what we have to see is how the garment will drape.
Following is what we will be inspecting in the first fit sample -
the basic measures -
Neck width edge to edge
Front neck drop from HPS
Back neck drop from HPS
Shoulder width from edge to edge each side
Across front 5" from HPS
Front yoke width along seam
Chest 1" below arm extend
This will be meant for all women clothing line, or menswear collection or childrenswear.
We have to ensure that the GSM of the fabric used in this first fit sample should be the one that you selected in stage 1.
Stitching of your Fashion Wholesale Clothing line
There are various type of stitching machines for womens clothing, menswear and childrenswear, like -
Our technical team will advise the kind of stitching machine that can be used depending on the fabric you have selected and the kind of garment construction that is there.
Finally when the first fit sample is stitched together, it is time to make the graded samples. Each women's clothing style or mens wear clothing style or childrenswear style will have a size set, like, Small, Medium, Large, eXtraLarge, and so on. So all these size samples will be made. We make all the way up to 16X for our plus size clothing fashion companies.
